Just got a blog post discussing the improved utility of vimdiff versus
the traditional diff. Haven't had the opportunity to try vimdiff yet
but I relate to the premise that diff may often be as confusing as
helpful. The man page also points to gvimdiff which presumably runs
within X.
I suspect that someone might contribute that emacs already has this
function built in...
