We have a few single-port Moxa (http://www.moxa.com/) Ethernet-to-serial boxes. I like the "real COM" driver, using it on CentOS. The serial port appears as a local serial port, very handy when the server is virtualized. We have them in 3 different buildings and they've been quite reliable. I know they make multiple port boxes too.
