Eucalyptus is open-source http://open.eucalyptus.com/<http://open.eucalyptus.com/downloads> also, it is the cloud software to Ubuntu's UEC offering. There are some additions that Eucalyptus sells to Enterprise customers that those types of customers need. http://www.eucalyptus.com/products/eee
