paper . pencil . get used to it .
no in all honesty all the CRM "solutions" i've found / seen / used are
giant PITAs . i've typically rolled my own w/ a quick bit o'django or
used a pencil + pad when the numbers are low .
though if you write a good solution maybe you won't have to go job
