I have been using a version of VNC over a VPN for a while. Results have been very mixed. Things will be working perfect, and then the next any keystroke is repeated several times (generally when anyone is watching Netflix, YouTube, etc.). I changed some settings to reduce its network traffic and it is working better but still has the same issues... I was wondering what other people out there use to get to a Linux desktop remotely.
I saw a recommendation for nxclient recently (which I am investigating now). Just wondering what others are using these days.
