Well maybe a bit odd but not crazy. Either the non networked computer can access the network to print via pharos guest type setup with a separate logins or the software side.
Or you tell the client to post the document via box.com, email, NFS, sshfs, FTP, so that the networked computer can get the file to print. Another option is Google cloud print, HP print cloud, Mimeo.com, or print to Fedex.com/fedex office print code, or via fedex office USB print. Typically the printers are dumb and only like having one interface online or will Bork.
