In an attempt to keep electronics out of Tennessee landfills, Green Earth Computer Recycling is having a free recycling event.
This 5th Annual Event will be held in the front parking lot of Watkins College of Art, Design & Film @ 2298 Rosa L Parks Blvd, Nashville, TN 37228. This will take place Wednesday and Thursday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. At last year's event, Tennessee business and families recycled over 50,000 pounds of outdated and damaged electronics. Cell phones will be collected for the non-profit organizations "Cell Phones for Soldiers". Complimentary data destruction will be offered for those that have not removed their own hard drives.
