Just saw a quick youtube video on 'resetting' rndc.key and .conf on
CentOS.  Might give that a quick google and watch.

I didn't watch more that just the start, but it looks like it might help in
the mechanics.  It might give some explaination for the 'whys' too, but I
doubt it.
