Yesterday, my Internet connection kept failing. I went through a 15-minute conversation with AT&T, while they ran remote tests on my DSL modem, without finding the problem. So, what did I discover this morning? My router's wall transformer wasn't plugged in all of the way, meaning that minor vibrations, such as trucks driving by, could disconnect or reconnect the power. KISS!
