Dave tonight was talking about wanting to get a TV channel. We figured out after the meeting that it was WRTN-LP. They show up as virtual channels 6.1 through 6.7, out of Lebanon. (They actually broadcast on "real channels" 7.3 through 7.9).
When I got my rabbit ears a few years back, I liked 6.2 (Retro TV), 6.3 (Cozi TV), sometimes 6.4 (Classic). I watched occasionally, recorded some shows, etc. The guide was always wrong for Classic. When I started watching, the movie channel was a constant frozen picture for several weeks (until shortly after I emailed them; no email response). Late last year / early this year they stopped being Retro, Cozi, Classic, etc. 6.2 began showing country music videos most of the time with some things like Lone Ranger in the early AM at off times. I don't remember what the rest of the channels were after "the change". Tonight I couldn't tune any 6.x channel on either TV. The TV downstairs never had a problem getting them. So I'm not sure if they are off the air at the moment or what. I can't confirm what has happened more recently as I haven't been watching lately. http://www.wrtn.us/ What I've been interested in seeing for a while is 31.1, WJDE-LD1, MeTV which supposedly broadcasts from the L&C tower in Nashville. But I have never gotten it OTA, need to set up a better antenna. (Supposedly it is on U-Verse TV, 136...) http://www.metvnetwork.com/ To set Nashville as your preferred area: http://www.metvnetwork.com/setmarket.php?marketID=252 I'd love to know more about either. If they are continuing to broadcast, what happened with 6, etc. Paul -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "NLUG" group.
