I recently ported all of my 800 numbers to Flowroute.  They're light
on the consumer-level handholding, but they are very responsive to
issues.  They are also one of the first SIP providers which supported
T.38 faxing transparently.  VoicePulse's response to t.38 was
something along the lines of, "We were never able to get that to
work."
