Blake,

It looks like there is a setting on the port that if it see more than one
mac address it won't sent. I found the setting and updated

config t
inter Gi0/39
switchport port-security maximum 25

show port-security inter Gi0/39
Port Security : Enabled
Port Status : Secure-up
Violation Mode : Restrict
Aging Time : 2 mins
Aging Type : Inactivity
SecureStatic Address Aging : Disabled
Maximum MAC Addresses : 25
Total MAC Addresses : 0
Configured MAC Addresses : 0
Sticky MAC Addresses : 0
Last Source Address:Vlan : 0000.0000.0000:0
Security Violation Count : 0

This fixes, but I think I might need to set the port to a trunk.

As far as STP, we only turn it on to see it would help. It's off.

Yea, we bought in a Cisco Guy who want to spend 60K and rebuild the network
up from the ground. I tried to explain to him, can't. So I am slowly
learning. I will never be CCNA but at least I can do some things.

Thank you for your help.

Have you tried SUSE Studio? Need to create a Live CD, an app you want to
package and distribute , or create your own linux distro. Give SUSE Studio
a try.
