Python and Powershell are a plus. -Manage and troubleshoot PKI infrastructure utilizing LDAP and working knowledge of SCEP/CRL/OCSP -Configure and maintain a configuration management system (CfEngine). -Configure and troubleshoot DHCP, PXE, TFTP, LDAP, and NFS -Work with compact circuit boards (Embedded systems) both troubleshooting and implementation. -Provide technical support to our technical team for implementations and customer facing troubleshooting -Strong communication skills, ability to convey and document network related dependencies using Visio diagrams -Maintain an understanding of general Internet connectivity and related dependency’s (DNS, Security, IP Routing, HTTP, VPN, etc.) -Configure and setup Cisco firewall security appliances as it relates to vital business applications -Maintain a thorough understanding of Local Area Networking (Rapid PVST, Multi-Chassis EtherChannel, VPC, VRF lite, spanning-tree, trunking, etc...) -General understanding of IP routing design across multi-location network using dynamic routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP. Route redistribution and filtering of multiple routing protocols across ABR boundaries -Assist in the design of multi-server ESX environments including IP address schemes, DNS, virtual networking -Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives -Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, site personnel and outside vendors and etc. to provide technical assistance and support of network related functions and availability -Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications to resolve operational issues and restore services. What You Need for this Position -General Networking: Switches, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, troubleshooting -Wide area network connectivity and network redundancy -Data Security and risk management -Intrusion detection/prevention, encryption, data loss protection -Compliance – SSAE 16, PCI-DSS Education/Training/Experience: -B.S.
