There was no message displayed concerning the power failure or a reboot
command.  That was just my thoughts.  Power failure, database, some
inconsistent state (though why it would flip one or more bits on programs
whose time hasn't come yet, so should not have even thought of flipping
bits yet...).  And yes, why would a reboot command do this?

I had a brief thought of time zones.  If the system clock is local time,
and Myth is using UTC, and it briefly thought local was UTC in some startup
script... but that doesn't make a sense either as we are behind UTC not
ahead of UTC.
