Take a look at Great Lakes Computer (glcomp.com). These guys aren't local, but we've used them for years and they have been great to work with. Any time we need used gear, we've been able to get it for an amazing price and they will warranty their used gear for life. We just snagged a couple of HP/Brocade FC switches for one of our C7000 enclosures just last month for a ridiculously low price.
