My work laptop has to alternate between connecting to two different VPNs, but this is handled by the laptop, not the router. I have wondered whether DD-WRT is blocking the cell phone due to excessive network traffic, since I sometimes listen to streaming audio.

Incidentally, my initial post to the list yesterday, and your reply, didn't show up in my inbox until I reposted the message today. Strange.

Do you use any VPN? VPN produced strange behavior of multiple routers (one
was DDWRT) before for me.

About ten days ago, I installed new firmware on my cell phone. Since then,
I have had three occasions when my home WiFi router, running DD-WRT, has
refused to pass network traffic from my cell phone. WiFi traffic from my
tablet, and traffic from my laptop (via a hardwired connection) continues
to go through. Rebooting the phone does not solve the problem, but
rebooting the router restores full connectivity.

Does anyone know whether DD-WRT sometimes blacklists a particular device,
and, if so, under what circumstances?
