MakeNashville, the first non-profit maker space, has a set of HP laptops which has been donated that we would like to upgrade. Because some of the 3d modeling software is labor intensive we need to upgrade the chips to i5 (sandy bridge or ivy bridge), We need 28 DDR 3 for laptops 4 gig, and 500 gig or better hard drives. If you have broken equipment you would be willing to source these from for the space we would really appreciate it. They are located in 5 points. Please label any donations for the HP lab so they don't get lost. Feel free to tag me (attn:Amy) if you want. Also while you are out stop by and see the space. We are so glad to have such a well equipped MakerSpace. It is a natural hang out for a geeks like us.
