I concur on the word business. Not promising anything, but I am also looking at this now. I am surprised how sharp and focused the reflection on the hood of your car is. it might be possible to unwarp that image using Tensorflow or opencv Transforms and read it that way. I think there is enough brain power and talent in NLUG to figure this out.
