Yours truly is a victim of yet another too-old-happy-talk-howto. Regarding the /etc/httpd/conf.d/phpMyAdmin.conf, the howto says comment out the lines
        Order Deny,Allow
        Deny from all
        Allow from 127.0.0.1

Oh, but in my instance, these lines occur several times. And really, this is like saying "turn off SELinux 'cause we're too lazy to understand security."

Not finding an "M" to "RTF"

So which is the syntax? Add another Allow from line underneath the Allow from 127.0.0.1 or add my network reference after a comma on the first Allow line?
