I can second that. Although I'm using a Devuan Debian derivative and not Fedora, and video editing is not part of my job, Shotcut was the easiest to use among the ones I tried. It wasn't so intuitive I wouldn't have to watch tutorials for bleeping out video or PIP effect. However it was the most intuitive among all.
