More enhancements to build_nmh.
1) Display failure messages that were hidden.
2) Display location of log file at end, if not in current directory,
the build failed, or verbose was enabled.
3) Replaced use of showbuildenv with less invasive platform info.
4) Don't colorize tests summary if TERM is unset or dumb.
