Fix errors in man-page NAME sections.
man/fmttest.man didn't have a NAME section, but a FMTTEST one.
And it broke lexgrog(1) by splitting the section over multiple lines and
using `.IR'. Re-write to use inline escapes.
man/rcvtty.man had two spaces before the `\-'.
