Like I said, dumb question.  Try feeding a single mail message to slocal 
and see if it does anything.  You say that you just updated the system.  
Make sure that the path to slocal hasn't changed.  Make sure that the path 
to rcvstore, etc, hasn't changed (and is correct inside .maildelivery).
Give yourself a really simple default rule, better still a *, maybe:
