This is a good idea BUT it should not be made the default
behavior because it can break people's existing components files.
A switch on the "comp" command (settable in .mh_profile) would
seem to me to be appropriate.
For example of potential breakage, lots of people use the X-Face
header which can contain characters that would trigger the
"macro" processing.
