Sounds like we have a volunteer!
Even if you can't "do that all by yourself", just being a coordinator for
others is valuable enough. Based on Richard's mail, I suspect all you'd have
to do for a smooth handoff is to set things up. He didn't say there were any
restrictions on who he'd be willing to have carry on and I haven't seen anyone
else say they want to take the lead.
So, the first thing to do would be to get the list started ASAP before the one
at gatech goes away.
