(In case you haven't heard of the book, it's a freely-available version
of O'Reilly's original "MH & xmh: Email for Users & Programmers". The
paper book is out of print, but the online version keeps being updated.
The home page is on http://www.ics.uci.edu/~mh/book/ and other servers.)

There were almost no changes to the text. I replaced all the GIF files
(which may have used the patented LZW algorithm) with JPEGs and non-LZW
GIFs. I changed the page background to white. There are two new exmh
screenshots. For details: http://www.ics.uci.edu/~mh/book/updates.htm .

I just rebuilt the online archive files last week. If you've had a copy
on your website and you're wondering whether Unisys will ask you to pay
license fees on the GIFs in your old copy, I'd encourage you to update.
