Thanks, Wesley.  I applied your patches, with one small tweak.  In client.c
you neglected to put your new variable hp2 in the #ifdef KPOP section, so it
caused an "unused variable" warning if compiling without KPOP.

I also added documentation of -kpop to the inc and msgchk man pages.
Hopefully I properly understood the way it works.

Note to everyone -- I didn't do any testing of Wesley's new code as I don't
have access to a KPOP server.  Address any complaints to him.  ;^>
