Thanks for catching that, Brian. I mistook the mhshow-charset-iso-8859-1
entry for an mhshow-show entry. Indeed I shouldn't have added quotes to
that argument. The %s doesn't come from MIME headers, so not quoting it (or
rather, not quoting its individual words, as that's what you'd have to do)
is safe.
