I don't believe there ever was one. There was an older version of _this_
list -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sounds like Doug Morris may still have
archives of that list stashed somewhere, but they aren't publically
available, to my knowledge.
There was an [EMAIL PROTECTED] list -- not sure if that's still alive.
There's the comp.mail.mh Usenet group as well...
