This happens on solaris:

         2> man mts.conf
         windex entry incorrect:  mts.conf(5) not found.
         No manual entry for mts.conf.

It is fixed by

        echo ".so man5/mh-tailor.5" > mts.conf.5

done in the man5 directory.  We need to add 'mts.conf.5' as a
reference sourcing mh-tailor.5.
