I'm not familiar with .pst files and I don't know of any such utility
but I have managed to extract my mail out of the exchange server at work
by moving it all back into my Inbox and then connecting to the MS mail
server with any POP client that will save the mail in a sensible format.
All the formatting will be lost although I would consider that to be a
good thing. You may also find that the POP access on the mail server has
been disabled or blocked.
