BTW, this thing with nmh failing to compile is a good illustration of why
it's a win for all if you post to nmh-workers saying what you're up to.

Had Ruud posted to nmh-workers saying he was looking into merging sendmail
and smtp mts stuff, and/or had Kimmo posted saying he was looking into
applying Ken's SMTP/POP3 SASL patches, someone would have had the chance to
notice that both things were in the same area and might break each other.

Please post to nmh-workers when you start working on anything non-trivial,
and again when you're finished, whether it's applying a patch (which is all
my last post on the subject talked about) or doing something on your own
volition.  Problems like Ruud's and Ken/Kim's code collision are easily
avoidable if we just communicate.
