Yes.  Refers to the easily-missed question of how many fenceposts
there are in a ten-foot fence if there is one post per foot.

Apologies for submitting a duplicate fix; we have nmh 1.0 here with
many (but apparently not all) of the fixes from later versions as
local patches.  (cvsweb says that nmh 1.0.1 incorporated the fix, not
1.0.)

Also, apologies for submitting the bug report to the wrong place; the
nmh 1.0 README directed bug reports to [EMAIL PROTECTED],
and I translated the mailing list without checking on the new mailing
list structure.
