This is a patch against 1.0.4 which provides imap support to the scan
command.
The patch was developed with the intent to provide a proof of concept
for the integration of imap support in nmh. The approach taken was to
go for functional equivalence and not speed. Once sufficient commands
had support I'd work on c-client's caching to provide an on disk cache
holding state between command invocations.
Unfortunately, the amount of time I can spend on this has dropped below
zero, so I figured you guys can take it from here if you want.
