RFC 822 (and predecessors and successors) gives the example of a
secretary sending a message for a boss.  In practice it's useless,
though, and MH shouldn't automatically stick it on.  I don't want an
MUA second guessing what needs to go in my email headers, and possibly
leaking addresses that should not appear in certain messages.
