"msh" is broken.

Here is a transcript:

The file OLD is was generate by "packf -mmdf" as an archive of
older messages.

The particular message, 1232, consists of a single rfc822 attachment.

Incidently, "msh" from MH-6.8.4 does not have the same problem.  Also
there is no problem with messages that do not have attachments.
