Hmmm... in that case, we might also want to rename the .mh_profile file, the commands like mhlist/mhshow/etc.? I'd suggest keeping the name install-mh. IMO, new users are just gonna need to understand that nmh is "new MH" and that they'll see "mh" around sone places.
