Note that if you build out of CVS, *don't* do a 'cvs update', and build again,
you'll get an nmh that *says* it's "nmh dated $TODAY", but the source tree is
really "nmh dated $LASTYEAR".  The resulting misdirection ("You have the May 06
version? Hmm... a fix for that bug should have been in there already...."), and
hilarity ensues.... ;)
