There seems to be no binary available for CentOS / RHEL 5 so I had to compile from source. Here's a bit of information that would have saved me some time:
nmh requires gdbm-devel and libtermcap-devel # yum install gdbm-devel libtermcap-devel Apologies to those for whom this is obvious.
