Fresh updates:
Switch to .mh_profile component for backup suffix
Convert mime-del-hook to shell script;
no more dependencies on multiple perl modules
Add cur as default and sequence support for mymhlist
UPGRADING
Be sure to add a mimehook-bak component to your .mh_profile,
this is the suffix used for the original received file before it's mhfixmsg-ed.
If there is interest, it would not be difficult to support storing components
in sub-directories, although doing so will make grepping, etc. more complicated
for yourself.
