I use replyfilter regularly to reply Russian emails, so, this one is
definitely tested :-) Tbh, I consider it as a mush-have for non-english
user, and would like to make life a little bit easier for other people
like me.

*Of course* this option is OFF by default, so nmh do not depend on perl,
w3m, etc, etc.
