Remove the space between "A." and "User" and you'll get different 
behavior.

  - There will be no "To:" line in the reply draft.
  - The new reply draft will include:

repl: bad addresses:
        A.User <[email protected]> -- no at-sign after local-part (<)

Does that help to define the problem?
