The output of
groff -Thtml -man inc.1 >inc.1.html
isn't attractive, but it is readable. Perhaps some maintainer target
can build the whole bunch for replacing the man section of the website?
The PDF look a lot nicer, of course.
groff -Tpdf -man inc.1 >inc.1.pdf
