Would visitors benefit from a list of package names for the popular
systems?  Perhaps on http://www.nongnu.org/nmh/ so they see there's not
much of a hurdle to trying it out, compared to building from source
that's probably more unusual these days.

It's nmh in Debian and Ubuntu.
And nmh in Fedora, but it's not in a Red Hat?
In Arch Linux, it's in their Arch User Repository as nmh, and nmh-git
for bleeding edge.
