The second time `sh build_nmh' is run the `git clone' fails because
./nmh exists and isn't empty.  The user doesn't know that immediately
though because it's at the end of the /tmp log file that's trap-rm'd on
EXIT.  Fair enough.  We've only asked them to paste those two lines.
