I'm in the same boat as you; I am resigned that change happens in the
world whether I like it or not, and I have to deal or I'll become like
that "Old Man Yells at Cloud" Simpsons meme.  Although now that I think
about it, I do want to yell at the cloud a lot!

The short answer is: no.  Not right now.  There should be, but right now
there just isn't.  I'd say continue with what you are doing until something
better emerges.
