I can do a for ... done loop over the folders by name, but I wondered if there was some better way to achieve what pick does, but across more than one folder. the "folders" command has -recurse so the idea "there is more than one folder" exists but it doesnt look like pick is aware of more than one folder, to construct its sequence. And a sequence itself is folder specific so this would require more than one sequence as an outcome anyway. which is .. what my for loop does.
I recall a bunch of people doing free text search methods, back before google was a thing. I don't think a good single candidate emerged, but I am sure by now the praxis has moved on. -G
