The email from Tom Ludden regarding NONMEM VI Updated Subroutines says
"The subfolders called NONMEM_27FEB2007 and NMTRAN_27FEB2007 contain bug
fixes as of 27FEB2007 as well as BLKDAT and ABLOCK routines to update
the level to NONMEM VI 1.1 and NMTRAN IV 1.1".
NMQual 6.1.1 addresses all reported bug fixes, but doesn't do anything
additional to BLKDAT or ABLOCK. Thus, NONMEM/NMTRAN VI 1.1 could be
functionally different from NONMEM/NMTRAN VI 1.0 as installed/fixed
using NMQUAL 6.1.1.

NMQual version 6.1.1 is available at
http://metruminstitute.org/downloads/nmqual/. It implements fixes for
NONMEM bugs 4 and 5, as described in NONMEM Bug Alert #4.
