Toufigh: Yes, I do have dense PK and PD data for this modeling exercise. I presented the simultaneous PK/PD modeling results at last month's AAPS NBC as a poster. I am now attempting to use the cell life span model to see if there any improvements in model fitting. Note that this is an mAb which reduces the NK cell count in the peripheral blood. Thanks!
