Dear colleagues and friends,

The International Symposium in Quantitative Pharmacology (ISQP) in Drug
Development and Regulation will be held at the International Conference Hotel
of Nanjing, China from Oct 29 to 31. The theme of this symposium is "Building A
Successful Pharmaceutical Industry Through Globalization and Implementation of
Quantitative Methodologies for Efficient Drug Development and Approval".

China is becoming an increasingly attractive destination for pharmaceutical
research and clinical trials. The ISQP will highlight the challenges and
opportunities in this rapidly evolving country. This three - day meeting will
provide an international forum for scientific exchange in recent advancements
in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics. It will bring together leading
academic, regulatory and industry scientists worldwide to discuss quantitative
methodology as a critical tool in decision making during drug development and
approval. Furthermore, it will offer an avenue to discuss future environment
for partnering strategy in this very challenging scientific frontier.

The conference will consist of three plenary morning sessions and three
afternoon sessions with 2 parallel symposia, one focus on globalization and
China, and one on quantitative pharmacology. The preliminary program,
registration and updated information can be found on ISQP Nanjing 2007 website
at www.qpharmmeeting.com <http://www.qpharmmeeting.com/> . The ISQP is a great
